We know life can be demanding at times, and also unexpected. While many of our regular clients book in advance for peace of mind, we sometimes have off-hour requests as well. We do our best to accommodate these requests.
Goin' My Way offers extended after-hours service for our clients upon request, during the week and weekend. Weekend and after-hours service incurs a small surcharge.

CAN THE GOIN' MY WAY APP TIP MY DRIVER?
The Goin' My Way app does not include a tip when billing you for a trip fare.
Goin' My Way is a cashless experience. Tipping is voluntary. Tips are not included in the fare, nor are they expected or required. As a rider, you are not obligated to offer your driver a gratuity in cash. If you decide you would like to tip, your driver is welcome to accept.
HOW DOES GOIN' MY WAY WORK?
Goin' My Way connects drivers with riders through a smartphone app.
As a rider, you can use the app to request a ride. When a driver near you accepts your request, your app displays an estimated time of arrival when your driver will arrive at your pickup location.
Your app provides you with an estimated quote for your trip. You can also get in touch with us directly or send an SMS from the app directly.
Your trip ends when you arrive at your destination and leave the vehicle. The app automatically calculates the fare and charges it to the payment method you’ve linked to your Goin' My Way account.
Is Goin' My Way Always Available?
In Dallas and Fort Worth where Goin' My Way operates, you can request a ride anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In order to request a ride, you'll first set a pickup location. Before you request a ride, the pin on the map that indicates your pickup location also includes an estimated time of arrival. This ETA is calculated for nearby drivers.
After your ride request is matched with a driver, ETA is updated to reflect their vehicle's travel time to your pickup location.
ETA for any pickup location may vary. It’s a good idea to check the ETA a few minutes before you’re ready to request a ride.
